For those going by public transport, a shuttle bus service at 5 min intervals will operate from Doonside station from 5.10 pm.

I'll be trying to get folding chairs in too.

The amount of Red and White in Canada is amazing.

Most people around the Winter Olympics don't seem to realise that Pyke may not be #1 Ruck, and there is this strange fettish with a cross-training sport of hockey......

but, Canadians are so polite, I am sure they are really dressed up for the NAB Cup like the rest of us.

Yes folding chairs are okay to take in. Have to considering there is no seating only the stand. Fans generally cannot afford stand seating $100 per ticket?

Six of us going and taking 6 folding chairs.
        Love those Swans

Nearest place for a drink is here - looks a bit dodgy though. I've driven past it a few years ago and the whole of Rooty Hill is probably best avoided.

Maybe the Rooty Hill RSL is a better bet. Or drive back into town!

Does anyone know how much seating there is. I am taking a disabled person but didn't realize we might have to sit on the grass. That's not going to work for us. Who do I talk to? Any ideas

Sorry about being off the track for tonights game, but I just have to say how happy and proud I am of Scheids winning the game off an accurate kick last night.

Well done to the Schneider Man.

Oh dear. Look you will have to get there very early for parking alone, as in line up when before the gates open, as everything else is on the other side of a highway and you will need to walk a distance.

You may need to get in early and plead. Or take your own seats, but even that is likely to be an intangible because of the layout. I don't think there is any easy fix but you may be able to work it out.

We are not going ourselves as neither of us "do" ground.l We could not get the reserved grandstand seating, it wasn't made available to anyone except whoever the people in charge sold them to (not the Swans), and that was weeks and weeks ago. Its only about 10% seating and 90% grass. It sure isn't the SCG. Its a suburban ground.

                              Good luck.

Hi folks, for the life of me I can't remember if they have a record of some kind/how easy it is to get one etc. at NAB cup clashes so I've put together a rather quick and nasty 4 pager to print out and take along just in case there isn't one- I can't attach it as it is above the rather small forum attachment limit for a .pdf, but I've put it at rapidshare on the link below 'cause I didn't really know where else to pop it. Scotty- if you have a bigger limit and want to attach it here let me know (it's only 169kb) as rapidshare says it'll only allow 10 downloads.

The names are just based off the teams listed from afl.com.au, so I imagine there may be one or two mistakes there but it's better than nothing
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
