Very candid interview. Perhaps we put too much expectation upon him. Perhaps he did get complacent. Who knows. At least we all agree he was @@@@e last year and knowing there's a problem is half the battle. If he comes good, we'll be a much better team for it.Comment

From the look in NicMal's eyes at the CC dinner, he had worked out what he needed to do, and will do it. He said he was going to grow his hair long (I groaned), but it looks like he has that on track.
