Fantastic service from the membership section Larissa! Please make sure our happiness is known. I'm so excited about our match on Saturday.

            got my VIC membership today.

also does the VIC membership include the game in Geelong?
            thanks.

Victorian Membership really should be called a Melbourne Membership, because it doesn't include Geelong unfortunately.

I'm pretty sure it does. You can only sit in the general admission area at Kardinia park, or you pay an extra 20 or so dollars and get a reserved seat somewhere. i would recommened the latter as the General admission area gets very crowded very quickley and is usually really really full of Cats supporters.

The game is live on ONE but showing again at 10:50 on TEN - by that time you should be able to settle back with a leftover bottle of bubbly somewhere?

Oh for heavens sake everyone, just go out and BUY a HD digital tv and get on with it. You all know you are going to have to do it eventually, so do it before the season starts. If you want to get ONE and watch the live you are going to have to make a decision. You have until 6pm on Saturday to pick one up, get it home, plug it in and watch. Setting these things up is soooooooo much easier than it used to be - tuning it etc is automatic. I am proof positive it can be done by the simplest of teccies.

Or a set top box! But my faabulous tv broke, which I thought was faaabulous with its set top box/hd recorder etc. Boy I was wrong. I now have a whoopybang HD LCD flat screen thingy that cost considerably less than my original tv and the picture is so much better. Even some of my old recordings of games done on the hd recorder have taken on a new lease of life that I couldn't see with my original widowmaker. Of course food, wine and phone bills will have to be watered down for a while, but I am happy.

Maybe you might have a "dodgy" prawn cocktail, and you'll have to leave earlier, then you'll get home to see the 2nd half LIVE.

hmm thats a thought - but I have to give a bit of a speech as well - so I cant even get stuck into the bubbly until thats done. hmm then I could say "I have a head ache I must leave now"! unless someone wants to text me the scores (I did that at my nieces wedding up at Hamilton Island - Tammy & Ange texted the scores from the the Semi final against St Kilda in 2004!!!

More likely a seafood extender cocktail- remember, Wardy knows classy folks. The closest anything will get to a prawn is the colour of the chiffon on the bridesmaids' dresses!
