When do these generally get sent out? This only my second year of membership and last year I signed up very late, so only just got my pack in time for Round 1.

I saw Larissa from the membership department on Monday ... she said that we should be receiving our packs mid-February. Everything is on track and running smoothly.
I won't panic until mid-March.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

I know that my better half was cranky last year about the membership packs (or lack there of..) Rightfully so. Very poor performance.
And after the stuff up with her membership renewal this year hasn't helped our trust.
We did threaten to cancel after this years problems. Hope they get it right this year? ( As GWS might not only get Paul Kelly... )
Definitely not happy with Renewals management (or the agency that the Swans use)

Hi everyone,
Cards are starting to lodge in the next week. People who have already paid should receive them by the end of Feb (thats four weeks out from the first bounce!)
Anyone who hasnt paid yet will have about a two week turn around.
Hopefull much better than last year!
If anyone is concerned about anything relating to their membership, please give us a call here at Swans Membership HQ. We will do everything we can to help you.
We are all really looking forward to the NAB Cup game 20 Feb.

Ok, what about those people who have upgraded to the platinum membership(vic based), this membership allows you to go to ALL NAB cup games(not just swans games) free of charge in Melbourne. I was planning to take advantage of that(for some games). Its no good to me if I receive it mid march. I was told however at the swans office(in Melbourne) that they will be coming out early Feb. Now I know I've still got some time on my hands till it all starts, but its getting close.

Im referring to the Sydney based membership packages as thats the office I work in.
If the Melbourne office have given you information on the mail out of their cards, then that would be the correct information for your package.
If youre concerned about getting the cards in time for all the NAB Cup games, just give them a call and im sure they would be happy to help you.
