The most interesting thing about it I thought was the fact the house band is fronted by Myf Warhurst's brother (considering the massive failure that was Heliar and Myf's radio show).

And what has Myf's radio career got to do with her brothers music career?
I taped it.
Which was a good thing because I could skip through the rubbish, which was most of it.
Sad that they haven't made use of Matthews and Richo in a better way as they were what made me give the show a go in the first place.
Same old rubbish with the same old Peter Helliar shtick.
All very old now and the show will fail.
The difference between insanity and genius is measured only in success.
I haven't seen the show, but I would be more than happy if Peter Helliar never got another job in television (or film, or radio, or any media for that matter). He's just.... not.... funny. He's not hatable like Kyle Sandilands, he's not a drain on society like Paris Hilton, he's not a shallow product of a manufactured image like Lady Gaga, he's just.... meh. Ah well, good on him for making a career out of nothing, I guess.
Whilst Sydneysiders have to wait until 12:30am for Channel 7 to broadcast The Bounce, 2GB is meanwhile launching a new AFL program in Sydney tomorrow titled The Bounce from 11am.
The Bounce - the sound of the AFL with Brad McEwan & Chris Radburn
The Bounce is the sound of the AFL and is hosted by Brad McEwan and Chris Radburn.
Every Saturday from 11am for 1 hour The Bounce will keep Sydney up to date with everything that is happening in the AFL.
The players, the coaches, the stories, the characters, the supporters and the entertainers will all be featured on The Bounce in an informative and entertaining way.
The Bounce will also feature NAB Auskick and other successful AFL initiatives and will encourage all listeners, from young to old, to become involved and experience all the AFL has to offer.
The Bounce is 100 per cent AFL for Sydney with a focus on fun, info, insight and education for the fans.
If its happening in AFL you?ll hear it on The Bounce with Brad McEwan and Chris Radburn, Saturdays from 11am til midday on 2GB 873.
I would call that "AFL Lite".
A good start and very Swans centric. I was very glad that it was Kels on and not Sheedy.
I would have loved to have had more serious football talk about the game tonight and other games in the round.
