Seems a strange choice for finger pointing - I reckon I could name 10 worse today.

Jarrod Moore has been a great player for us. His one of the toughest bodies out there. yes he has the odd bad game, as does everyone. But some of you guys in this thread are looking for reasons to drop him now ... so are you surprised to find these reasons? You could have that approach to any player and before you know it, half of our team is 'rubbish.' I'll go with the coach on this one. Moore has played some great games this year. Stop trying to rearrange our team after our first major hick-up. we're still 5 and 2 and it's obvious who will come back and who will be replaced when our injured guys come back

I don't care for this thread.

Is it gonna get dragged out every time we lose a game?

Moore only played 64% of the match. Less than anyone else. i heard his ankle is still dodgy and he shouldn't have played so how about we give him a break

Fair call, BUT if his ankle was still dodgy, he shouldn't have played.
Same goes for Jude and ROK, both struggled to have an impact on the game, and Jude especially didn't seem to be his normal tough self.

Ummm, Scott, we are running out of viable options, and its the coach's call.

I agree with you on all three you've mentioned. We already brought up Barlow,Rohan and Pyke so I guess Roosy wasn't confident enough to ring
any further changes. He possibly thought just the presence of Moore,Jude and ROK would be better than more inexperience.I listened to the call on the radio and they were commenting on the massive jump it is for our reserves to the ones.It was Terry Wallace and he claimed he had seen the last two Swannies ressies games as well as the seniors.

Um who is trying to rearrange the team? suggest you "read" my post - I asked a question in response to a post, I made no suggestions about rearranging the team...

And um great games is probably stretching it a little Moore has been a solid contirbutor I dont think many have questioned that.

It's a big test of the "don't play them unless fit" guideline, teams are always preaching. Maybe you're right smasher, but then maybe the youngsters may have given a bit more run??
Who knows? Guess that's why we sit in the outer, not the coaches box.

Moore will not play against the Doggies due to an ankle injury.
That will make one poster on this rediculous thread happy!!!!

I think what alot of us are forgetting too is that we played Geelong - the benchmark team of the comp since 2007, like it or not, they are a team of top class players - they make other teams look pretty ordinary. However they are human and have had the odd off day - but in the last 3 years that has been pretty rare (check the stats). Moore certainly wasnt on his own in having an ordinary performance on Sunday so to single him out is somewhat unfair.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

If Moore wasn't fit, Bevan should have got a run.

Regardless of his injury, I think he would have been dropped this week anyway. McGlynn >> Moore.
