I can see the link when I do what Liz said, however, last year it would come up when you use the "new posts" button, which is what I normally use when viewing the site.

I got to it via the sticky. But like GS14 I used to get it via "new posts".

Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to keep the thread at the top of the new posts as yet.
I've put a Tab on the top of the page, as suggested hope that helps.

Maybe you have some blocking thing happening??

Anyone else having issues voting??

And it works as well, I just used it.
