    Swans v WC

I'm coming up for my first SCG game in over 20 years. Yikes that's a long time.

    a) If anyone has a spare tic for that game, I'd be most appreciative, or a cheaper alternative than $65?
    b) What's the best way to get to the ground from the City? and how long does it take?
    c) where do people meet up?

      a) I don't know if there'll be any cheaper tickets than $65 from an official outlet. You could try your luck outside the ground.
      b) Where are you staying? Probably the best option is to walk from Central Station up Oxford Street, then turn right into Flinders Street and keep going - you can't miss eventually seeing the Moore Park complex to your left.
      c) The Crown Hotel isn't bad, Bar Cleveland on Cleveland Street is also OK. The Bat & Ball on Cleveland and South Dowling Street is also popular.

Scott, I'm guessing Liz may have you already covered, but I will have a spare kids ticket for sure which can be upgraded for the Red Zone ($25)

If you do finish somewhere near the Red Zone, you'll have to catch up for a pre-game drink with the Noble crowd. Reggi is also coming up for that game, so it's a Mexican invasion on Anzac weekend.

If you are looking to get there early for the reserves, text me and I'll get you in the City on the way thru.

If you are coming from Central, don't go up Oxford, go to the Elizabeth Street exit of Central Station and walk up Forveaux Street (which is next to the Commonwealth Bank). That will take you straight up to the ground in around 15 minutes, also buses available from Central too if you don't feel like walking.

Sorry pal. I've gotta take the criminal budgie supporter, otherwise I'd make you sit next to me (again). His punishment (apart from losing of course) is the fact that he has to sit with feral swannies fans - in his scarf.

Getting there ... train to central then follow the red and white to the buses. Quickest and easiest way to get there.

              Ticket taken care of.

I'm not staying anywhere, it's a same day travel trip.
I was just thinking that I have a few hours to kill so I'd go into the city, then back to the SCG.

But now the reserves have been mentioned, I might go straight to the ground, from the airport. Once I work out my schedule.

              Cheers all for the advice.

Drinks sounds good to me 3B!!!
