I MAY be able to help, but to be honest the quality of broadcast and record is pretty crap, especially the 1200th game. I remember that one because it was truly awful. Can't help with 96. I'll see if I can dig up the others.

The 1998 game was shown at least twice in Footy Flashbacks (the full game) - have tried looking for a download?

        Other Swans games?

White we're after games, can anyone help me out with a DVD copy of the 1987 Swans maulings of West Coast (R16) and Richmond (R18)?
I got the Essendon one (R17) from name a game (although the quality is a little average).
I honestly don't know why the Swans or Name a Game or the AFL don't make a DVD boxxed set of this 30+goal-fest over 3 consecutive weeks. It would surely be a good seller!
And, according to the 2009 GF Footy Record, there is video footage of the 1909 (or was it 1918) South GF. A DVD with this footage and period photo montage would be a priceless addition to an Swans fans' DVD collection!

          !
I have tried to get these 3 games as well, with only the Essendon game available...my fav as I watched it with two Essendon supporters in the Geebung Hotel in Hawthorn

I imagine that if the other two games were available that they would have released a DVD set...I did suggest it to name a Game many years ago...but they just dont have those games!!!

The Swans - Hawthorn 1996 4th Qualifying Final Final is on Channel 72 tonight at 1.30am

I taped alot of games during that time (post 1996) on VHS. I do have the facilities to put them onto DVD. You will lose a bit of quality but it will be reasonable quality.

Problem, I have wiped some of these out but do have 1200th game. I just moved so I would need to find which box they are in.
In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.

This sounds like a dumb one, but for the 2005 Premiership I had to watch a delayed telecast on Fox. Where, for me, the moment the result really sinks in is during the closing credits when the pivotal points of the game are replayed to Hunters and Collectors' The Holy Grail. It makes my hair stand on end. Except, they didn't have it on the Fox telecast. It continues to break my heart to this day that I missed it. Does anyone have the 2005 Premiership closing credits?
