    More plain talking from Roos

He's picked up where he left off.
Academy 15 years too late, says Roos | The Australian
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

    Interesting final snippet of information

Roos' sons, Dylan (15) and Tyler (14), will be among those trying out for the academy.

AFL Headquarters may not like what he's saying but we all know its spot on.

The AFL is still Melbourne centric but the penny has finally dropped with them realising GWS could be a massive failure and ongoing drain on AFL resources unless they do something real to develop the game in Sydney/NSW.

There isn't a better person to head up our academy than Paul Roos so I hope this is what is formalised after the last Saturday in September :-)

I love it. The AFL were probably expecting some kind of ass kissing thank you speech. Beautiful!

Ham, cheese & salad I'd've thought.
