I couldn't even listen to the game after half time as I was becoming soooo anxious. Barrracking for the Swans is not a good option for someone like me.Thank you all for your comments and posts that have filled in a few gaps. Will watch the youtube thingy of Bradshaw again and again and then try AFL.com for the replay.

I haven't watched the4 game YET, but did the tv audience hear the Braaaddddssshhhaaaawwww chant that went up and on and on a couple fo times? It was just one of those moments in footy. If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhoodComment

Huh? I thought he had his least impressive game yet of the 6 he's played but taken over the season thus far, his disposal by foot and by hand has been mostly excellent, sometimes sublime.Comment

Brilliant post, it was quintessential Roosey. loved it.
It was a spine tingling effort from Team Swans. it must be driving The Lions mad.
What is their fan forum BTW.?

i don't want to take this particular rmessage too much to heart but swantastic, (with all due respect), you are sooooooo wrong!!!!!
The win against brisbane will rank with the club's kangaroos win in round 4, 1999, and the port adelaide win in the 2003 qf at football park, as one of the greatest victories in terms of courage in recent memory.
First, brisbane are a very good side, (at least top 6) and were virtually full strength
second, missing from the line up were the swans' best defender( craig bolton), best ruckman (mark seaby-reminding me of when stafford went down in that above 1999 north game), and best small forward (mcglynn)
third, two of our most experienced, quality players in ryan o'keefe and jude bolton both suffer concussion injuries during the game.
Fourth, young hannerbury does his shoulder in the middle of the game
fifth, moore and richards both suffer injuries during the fourth quarter.
In effect we are left with two on the bench most of the night.
No, that was a great win, by a team at capable of anything."He was proud of us when we won and he was still proud of us when we lost' Tami Roos about Paul Sept 06.Comment

Win with so much CHARACTER last night.
We stuck it up a few last night and personally I hope we keep getting bagged.
Few quick thoughts
Positives
BRADSHAW : He said enough last night
CHARACTER of there performace last night
There 2 key forwards both kicked 4 and we still won well
Josh Kennedy , Ive always liked the kid.
Shane Mumfords performance was outstanding.
Jude Bolton, fair dinkum footballer who simply busts his proverbials every week
(Will be in some trouble with the Tribunal Though
Thought LRT,REG and Teddy still done a great job in defence
Negatives
Gee we looked sore by games end. Bloody sore.
Rhino,Moorey,Kirk,Bolts,Tadgh,Ted,JK all really knew they played
Rekon Jetta had his worst game to. Somene said his disposal is ordinary ??? Dont know
who you have been watching the last 5 weeks, it might be a good time to give his a spell and
bring in Rohan against the CATS and BULLDOGS over the coming weeks.
Well done Bloods !!Est 1874

I didn't hear it from the Brewongle but you could definately hear it on the telly in the first half. It surprised me as it was late last night watching the replay but sounded good. They used to do it in cricket with Lillee why not do this as a regular thing to pump up Daniel and intimidate the opposition. In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.Comment

I was too excited celebrating the goal to hear the chant initially, but my wife picked it up straight away. Well done to the crowd - it was a great crowd / player moment in a great performance.Comment
