Good. We can beat them at pretty much full strength and get the respect we deserve.

Don't be scared by today's effort. They beat port by 95 points 3 weeks ago then went out the next week and lost by 40 odd. Let's just hope our injured boys from last night can get up and we will take it up to them. I sense a gary Rohan debut if a moore, hanneberry etc is out. Carlton really exposed them with pace.

I think a few of the cats will have very sore hands and bruised feet after their effort today. (Based on the number of kicks and handballs they got)
A training run that lasts a full 2 1/2 hours may be their undoing .??

Swans have had a day to get over the heavy work of last night.

Then again this is where a really good side stands up .!

I have very high hopes for this season and think a top 4 possie is a big chance, but I think we just got to bashed up last night to do it next week. I know we have good depth this year, but I think to many of the boys will still be sore and sorry.
If we were at home I'd give us a chance, but at the Cattery, no way.

I think it is slightly advantageous to us that they played against the witches hats this week. Hopefully they will have forgotten about what it is like to play under pressure.

Interesting to note they've only beaten poor sides this year, wins against the Hawks, Bombers, Power and Tigers is hardly breathtaking stuff. They were tested by the Dockers and Blues and lost those games, but they weren't played at the cattery so we've got an uphill battle next weekend.

I think it's pretty obvious that Ablett was rested with the game against us in mind. If they were playing anyone other than the Tiges I'm sure he would have played.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

The same happened to us after we played against them....thank god it was only the Roos.

If we get within 5 goals I'll be happy. Big question mark over who takes Johnson and Chappy? (Thankfully Bevan is not in the team this time)

Yes they are my thoughts also. Today was a little too easy for them and we are a team that reacts well to big challenges, going to be hard, but we are a chance.

I was saying similar to a mate. The Cats have had an easy win after a loss so I'm happy to be playing them next weekend. It's a pity it's at Skilled and not in Sydney but I'm really looking forward to the challenge, to see our boys really tested. Bring it on!! (I'm gonna be up on the Gold Coast next weekend and am hoping that i'll be able to watch it).
