For the record, the AFL site is a POS!
but Firefox does usually work if you have the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight installed on your PC.
If you're running any Firefox flash, script or adblocker add-ons, some may cause issues, so you might want to disable them.
I also find that going to BigPond Video direct for Swans/AFL content is less of a head@@@@!

if your internet account is not shaped/your bandwidth is precious/limited or you don't have ADSL2/Cable, make sure you change the quality settings to Medium [or low if you're satisifed just listening to the audio] or you could be in for a nasty surprise.
