And yes, LRT was brilliant - arguably our most important player in securing the win given how he guarded the goal line in the final quarter.
The crowd was certainly a factor in that last qtr. Every effort was applauded and the LRT saves and Goodes goal were met with huge cheers.

As for the game it seems that Bolton recovered from his head injury because he was terrific.

        /reads thread.

        Only six pages? Poor effort.

It's nice when your midfield plays well. Makes life easier.
        LRT was outstanding.
Rohan would be Turnover Red if he keeps playing in the back half. Up front for that bloke.
Shaw - poor, but that might just be my bias
Bevo - where are the haterz now?
For all the White love, they must have missed the first half, lazy and indifference to any ball below his knees. Turned it around though.

LRT was awsome as well, a rock in defence.

Roos mentioned in the press conference that ROK and Kirk haven't had full training sessions lately, and were keen to do well today.

Tadhg an 'outside chance' to play next week.

Very impressed with LRT throughout and esp the last quarter his positioning and composure was spot on..
One concern atm is Goodes, IMHO looks like he is trying to do it all and force things rather than just play his natural game.

                That makes me chuckle.

This. He was a touch underdone today, probably didn't get a whole lot of game time, but in close, with his quick hands and ability to read the play, he is an absolute gem. Once he gets a few more games under his belt he'll hit his straps, just in time for finals footy!

LRT was a star, oh Lewie you made my day....Thought Mumford was fantastic and Rohan was crucial at key times.

Great tense game, really enjoyable, only lowlight for me was Goodes, despite the sealer. Wow, his decision making is up the creek without a paddle at the moment.

Welcome back Jude Bolton and you too Birdy. Good to see the whole midfield firing together. LRT's finest game for 2010 so far. Worried about Jetta now, he played with no confidence today. Its time for him to have a break in the twos.

ROK found the ball quite a lot in the first term, Looks like he is back to his better form, as well as Jude.

Agree, Jesse looked to miss some easy below the knees, but a few times the ball just didn't bounce/sit right. A bit like last week.

Was good to se Bird back. Tough little nugget he is.
