Deserves his own thread. 10 goals and still 2 mins left. Awesome performance. A new cult hero at Tigerland.

Can we get him for Barlow and Playfair? I think Playfair would be great for the structure at Richmond. -
He kicked 5 in the first 20 minutes of the game. I would have loved to have seen that.Does God believe in Atheists?Comment

I did. I was gobsmacked, and the Richmond supporters around me were delirious. I've decided to call him Jack the Ripper. I think their crowd numbers are up and will continue to grow this season; the youngsters make some blunders but they sure are exciting to watch. He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. He is great - no doubt about it.
The aspect of his game that is so impressive is his contested marking. For such a young player he really is quite strong. He also has a real cockiness which will help those around him to lift Richmond's general intensity.
While I would prefer our forwards to be kicking bags of goals, I do love full forwards from any club doing well. It is exciting for the competition when the stars shine, particularly when they play up forward.
The good old days of watching Lockett, Dunstall & Ablett each week were something to savour. Perhaps young Jack is going to be part of the good new days of watching AFL.Comment

Great performance. I was at the game and everytime Richmond went forward, I expected him to get the footy. It was much like Lockett, Ablett and Dunstall in the 80's and 90's and I probably haven't thought that about a player since those three retired. Exciting and very glad I went.Bloods
