    Dons VS Hawks SPoiler

Absolutely cracking last quarter. Two spectacular running goals from Franklin. Awesome response from the Dons. Some crappy free kicks. Loving it.

That was a wonderful game, it really had us on the edge of our seats. Close, geat goals, great marks- exciting footy!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Was a great game to watch.

Buddy's second running goal MUST get goal of the year. It had everything and was just all class, not ass like a lot of the contenders.

The AFL needed a good, first-up, Friday night game over the split round - and that game certainly delivered.

The Bombers were basically out on their feet for the last four minutes, but it was one hell-of-a-fight. I thought Mitchell's costly miss was going to come back to hurt them, but they were good enough to weather the Bombers onslaught and desperation.

My wife is a Bombers supporter, so I was going for them on the night, although I thought after the first quarter that it was going to be a real blow-out.

As for Buddy - the strut was back.

Is the goal on You Tube? (Don't suggest I go to afl.com, it makes my internet connection all weird)

It would have been good for us if Essendon won, but we just need to make sure we beat the Hawks when we play them at the SCG

                Here you go

Two almost identical goals a few minutes apart. The second one is the best, what a finish.
