    Poor tiggers could hurt us.

I hope they take their footy brains with them.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

TDL and Meredith have been cut from the extended bench. Playfair will be part of 23 players going to Melbourne - not sure whether he's an emergency or actually in the 22.

As to be expected. We get all excited as usual, but nothing really changes : )

Pity about that if it's true I'm losing interest in the game after all it's just the Tigers I might now take the kids to the markets instead and record the game on Fox and watch it late at night so I can fast forward through the boring bits

            Bradshaw 50/50. Kennelly 95/5
Henry's a confirmed starter, even if Bradshaw does play.

Nothing exciting with the team selection to get me watching the game live on free to air.On paper we should thrash Richmond if we lose to a team like the Tigers It'll wreck my Sunday either way I won't get much out of this game........future wise.

So conservative. Personally I don't see the point finishing 7th or 8th this year playing the same old hands other than to serve a purpose for a Roos finals' lap of honour. The same result could be achieved getting some decent games into the likes of TDL and Currie (assuming Vesz is injured?)

Its almost like Roosy is sticking with his old mates in his last year. They can all go out together. I hope horse doesn't feel he owes anyone a game for past services and starts with a clean slate.

I guess we're positioning ourselves in the eight without making to many drastic personnel changes waiting for teams like Geelong Collingwoon Bulldogs St Kilda tc. to run out of steam, hoping we get left near the top and sneak a flag.Problem with that is a young team like the Dockers go straight past you a push you back another slot.We should be creating our own destiny not leaving it in the hands of other teams and not waiting for those teams to fall over..........It will be along wait.

Good point. Sometimes that can be a bonus of a fresh new coach from another club. They're are no favourites. Everyone wins games on merit. Hopefully Longmire already being there won't mean we see this continue. Generally Coach's are replaced because the Team is going @@@@e, and a new one comes in and puts his own spin on it. I hope we're not just going to continue the trend.

Sorry to be a kill joy but this team cannot win a flag this year unless the black plague strikes Victoria. Even then the Dockers would probably knock us off.

I think we've been misreading the report.
As promised by Roos earlier in the week, the Swans will field a remodelled forward line against Richmond, with Henry Playfair and Jarred Moore confirmed starters.

If Bradshaw fails to come up, West Australian recruit Trent Dennis-Lane is set to make his AFL debut, following a seven-goal game in the reserves last weekend.

In other words, Bradshaw is unlikely to front this weekend.

He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
