Agree, get as much game time in them this year, so they are ready for next year.

Very very disappointing today, even if we make the 8 we arnt going to do any damage.
So we have to focus on playing some younger players and focus on their development.
TDL showed some good things today playing forward pocket in your first game is bloody difficult. he had 3 shots at goal and made a few good defensive efforts.
Johnston has to come in for payfair he is the future of our forward line, the good thing about playfiar getting injured is he cant get played.
Meredith shouldnt be too far from getting a game
Rohan should come back in

The point is we arnt doing much at the moment so we may as well play young players, fast track them with the view to it making us a better team in the years to come. This year should now be seen as a development year.

At the end of the year we need to trim the fat of our list this includes: PLayfair, Richards, Beavan, Thornton, Barlow, Kirk and either Kennelly or Mattner gotta get the young guys ho can improve into the team.

kicked 1 and had 3 shots on debut, when he got the ball it was in dangerous positions and found himself some space in an often crowded forward line. I cant believe how critical people are being of a player on debut. He was a bit nervous and his disposal suffered but give the guy a chance.
