    The Richmond loss. Vent. Post excuses. Actions.

    I'm still embarassed by losing after a five goal break half way through Q3. Non-Swans fans would have laughed. I cringed at the train wreck.

    Vent;
    LRT Q1,2 & 3. Better in Q4, unlike most.
    Goodes MIA in the first half.
    Generally very poor disposal efficiency.

    Excuses;

    We have Paul Roos as coach, the players are all champions, not used properly.

    Actions;
    Sack the coach - clearly a failure.

        We're all trying to move on from the Richmond loss, it didn't need another thread.

          Couldnt agree more, it is getting a little easier to get over as time passes! Just have to look forward to north, so yeah no more threads would be great.

            The current view seems to be one for chartreuse, two against.

              You can vent by yourself sunshine. I think there's quite enough in the game thread.

              He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

                  Why move on? We learn most from our mistakes (& losses).

                  Threads on the Richmond loss thus far are based on single players, as is the case after every loss. Blame.

                  Game day threads are often comments made during the game (as one would expect) and the immediate elation or despair after. Maybe we need a structured Post Game thread after every game, win, lose or draw.

                  Unfortunately a major reason for the thread was edited out.

                    Get over it - haven't you noticed all the hand wringing and gnashing of teeth in the other threads - why do we need a new one?

                    We can't win every game and yes some performances are disappointing, but I've seen enough of the venting and finger-pointing from Sunday's match already. Can we move on?

                      Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
