Rip it back 40 or 50 years..Doris Day.."Que sera sera" (what will be will be)..."It takes time"...and "Perhaps perhaps perhaps"..
But i like the "March from Aida!"
I'm for the 1812 with the cannons going off when he gets one in seniors.
Happy with the Halleleuja (sic) chorus though.
Or perhaps the "I think I can" from the story of the Little Red Engine. Its just a much bigger mountain to climb that it looked initially. "I think I can" x 15, changing to "I know I can" with tooting fromthe crowd.
At the intro, play short clips of Jetta looking frustrated, nervous, etc, then during the quieter build up in the middle, you play the behinds. Finally, at the big finale, you include the last few behinds (obviously by nature the most frustrating) before finally, at the end (through "mecum omnes planginte") you play the goal (and any significant leadup to it), and then end it all with the following celebrations.
I've got a sample video uploading now. It's not properly edited yet but at least anyone who's interested in watching Jett's kick behinds for 5 mins will enjoy it! Hopefully the elusive Major is not far away so the video will have a more positive meaning and ending.
Excellent work Nico. But the most impressive thing that struck me about that video is that despite all the misses, he hasn't lost the confidence to have a shot. He's still taking the defenders on and still having a crack, which bodes well for the future.
"It's up to the rest of the players in the room to make a new batch of premiership players next year," Adam Goodes, triple Bob Skilton Medallist, October 7, 2011.
Nice one. Perhaps could be a little more tightly edited at the start - too long between behinds, but I reckon you got the spaces just about spot on in the last 3-4 behinds
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out.... Des' Weblog
