    Mark Williams resigns

Choco has just announced he will coach his last game for Port Adelaide tonight.
I always liked him, his passion for his club was always clearly on display, but I never thought he was the greatest coach in the world.

I like Choco, never should have re-signed him though. Time was up last year.

His press conference was pretty funny and sad. He's certainly a character.

I loved choking himself with the tie. A good character, I'll miss him (but if I was a Port fan I probably wouldn't as much).
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Loved his "Allan Scott - you were wrong!" Not quite in the same class as "Here it is!" but truly memorable, and funny.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I hope he gets another gig, he's can have a laugh at himself. That funny man Craig should try it.

Rumours I heard on the weekend are he may head to GWS to be Sheedys assistant and follow up coach.

Always thought that showed a lack of class. Could have been a lot more gracious in victory.

I always though Scott was wrong to come out in public to bag Williams. Got what he deserved.

Either way, he chose to spend his day in the sun sounding like an insecure child rather than accepting the win graciously.

It's Port Adelaide we're talking about. They do things different.

Hope Williams gets a gig somewhere else. I'm sure he'll annoy me if he comes to GWS, but that's part of the fun.
