    Swans Internet Survey

Had an email today asking if i'd complete a survey on matchday experiences. As i have strong opinions on it, i started to complete it, but constantly was returned to top of pages with references to uncompleted answers.
Trouble is that I had completed them..the more I tried to fix it, the more they said I hadn't completed.Maybe the survey needs re visiting Larissa?

I had the same problem. Make sure there are no "Blue" areas .... i.e. click out of a box after you've put the answer in.

(I'm sure the more technically savvy could word this instruction better.)
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

      Hi guys,

I'm on leave until next Thursday.

The best way to get help on the survey would be to call Member Services on 9339 9130. The survey was put together by the operations department, but Member Services should be able to fix the problem or find the persons who can.

In the meantime, I'll be at the Carlton game Sunday and the members aftermatch for those of you heading south for the game!

      Cheer cheer

It's terrible. You have to fill in all the fields from the drop down box even if your answer is N/A. That's what got me

And if you don't complete the mandatory fields it clears half your answers and tells you to do it again.

        Poor.

You have to answer every single answer to move on. If you leave one blank answer, it clears the bottom half of the page and you have to answer them again.
Check that there is at least a N/A in every box otherwise you won't be able to complete it.

If only we could apply the same rigor to the team.

I had no troubles because I came here first. Pretty poor code if it can't deduce that the box to write "other" in is left intentionally blank.

I entered mine tonight and had no problems. Nice to have an opportunity to give it to the SCG catering pathetics.
