I didn't like Rhyce having a go at Goodesy last year but maybe it's not so bad.
He is a pretty emotional character and admits he gets very fired up when he is on the field and shows his passion. We have so many well balanced yoga mates who give the love and the butt pat, maybe it's good to have a fiesty hot head. If it leads to a couple of goals like that every week I'm all for it.

Great goal and all , but lets not kid ourselves, he pulled that well and truly out of his arse. Had he not got those two late goals, the heat would have been on his spot for this week, he did stuff all the whole day. Oh No, i sound like a Rhys Shaw basher!

I think that's why he looked so cranky - he was totally pissed at his game and performance!!!! He should do it more often.

We just don't have enough of these types of players on our list and for that alone he won't be dropped and nor should he be. Especially againt a side this week is suspect to quick ball movement on a ground that will be hard, flat and full of run.

Doubly important that Mattner comes back as well as he is similar.

          +1 for me.

we are a seriously slow side out of the back half unless one of the four is up and running - and he is one of those who will keep going even when he makes a blue.

its funny because shaw's best and worst are much closer than malceski - who when he is good is brillant but can have some absolutely seriously bad days.

i also think tadgh's lost a yard or two which creates problems for all of the defenders used to having him stream out of the back half.

Can we vote for his two spraying misses that proved most costly also?

Only if we can include Goodes' shots on goal - or is that shots vaguely towards the goal end of the ground - over the past three games, too.

My vote for the 'should have been a goal award' goes to Mike Pyke for his dismal effort last Sunday. If only he had the pace to get to the ball before it went out, and the skill to kick it through without touching a post, it would have been a certain goal. Dreadful effort that - he should be sent home at once.

Journalists are so lazy these days. In a generation the only "SOURCE" that'll be quoted is the internet, with Big Footy considered infallible.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.
