You never know we had a bit of a bludge last week so we should have plenty left in the tank for at least some sort of contest.........It would help if the cats rested a few.

its time for ROK to wake up.

we lost to them last year at ANZ by less than a goal and ROK had 28 possessions. we really need LRT back though, i hope he can make it.

Seriously roos would want to rid the club of barlow if he was to play him twice in 2010 - Once against Geelong in geelong and once against Geelong at ANZ.

I feel sorry for the fella just thinking about that.

Swans must regain appetite for contest - Official AFL Website of the Sydney Swans Football Club

"Bevan, who prepared for 2010 as a defensive forward, has regained his place in the side as a small defender and he said he was relishing a return to the backline.

Having quelled dangerous Melbourne forward Brad Green for the best part of three quarters last weekend, Bevan faces another tough test against the likes of Cats star Steve Johnson or his forward-line colleagues Mathew Stokes and Shannon Byrnes. "

Why wouldn't he be, has been far from our worst player in the last 6 weeks, done reasonably well on the oppositions dangerous small fowards and Geelong have three very good ones in Stokes, Varcoe and Brynes.

His place in the team at present is settled.

I had a dream last night that we were two points up at half time; I didn't see the end result though.

Yep Bevan definitely deserves his spot. For the short term at least.
