Just to add to the love, was listening to the OCR Footy Heads interviewing Rohan a couple of weeks ago..apparently he signed a 3 year contract when drafted

CLIP: Swans favourite ranga Gary Rohan talks to @OCRFootyHeads [July 16, 2010] #goswans - RTTF: The Swans Fan

I wonder if Jetta got the same deal??

I think Jets (and Hanners) got three years as well.

Great news for Reg and Son of Garry.

      Great news for us.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

IF Hanners got 3 years would 2011 be the third?? I assume he signed end of '08? Or am i wrong?

Hanners is out of contract at the end of this season.
Someone posted in another thread somewhere a table that listed when every player is contracted until...

Most of those are just speculation, aren't they?
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

                  Here it is -> 2010 - RWOwiki

                  It's a mixture of:
                  • Official with source
                  • Not official but confirmed
                  • Logic
                  • WAG

Apart from a few, it's pretty accurate IMO and wlll improve with time.

I spoke to Dan Currie on Saturday night. I'd never met him before so I started by saying "Oh, the man leading the anti-Mike Pyke movement" and he laughed. He said that he hadn't really expected to play seniors this year anyway and how the team would look next year was far from certain - I took that as being about where Mike would play.

I said that some of us were worried that he might be thinking of leaving the club. He replied "I certainly don't want to. Anyway, I'm under contract until the end of next year." So Wiki is wrong for him. Mark him down until the end of 2011.

Excellent news. He may be taking some time to learn his craft and get his body strong enough but I still have big hopes for Currie making it as a very good AFL player - and I'd really like it to be with the Swans.

I spoke with Seabs on Saturday night.
I asked him how long he signed up for (thinking it was only a year)... and he said three years. (Whew!!)

Then I told him he's going to find it hard working his way back into the seniors ... little Mummy and Mike Pyke have gotten very good in his absence ... he laughed and said he knows he's going to have to work harder!!
