I'm certainly not anti Moore and you wont get an argument from me about his football smarts.

However I personally would rather see the pace, skills and excitement of Rohan (if injury free and fully fit) on the open expanse of Subi. Considering we have quite a lot of the slower, get the ball type players already (Kirk, Jude, Kennedy, Hanners etc) then Moore would be my choice to make way.

So did anyone stake out Perth airport to see who actually made the trip?

Interesting. It also doesn't surprise me - I read up on his injury last night and apparently it's degenerative. If what I read was right, The Sandman is in for a world of pain for the rest of his Career.

Really? I just don't see it. Especially galling seeing how well Schneids is playing at the Saints. Or perhaps that's just Lucifer talking on your behalf?

I heard in the media last week that it was plantar fasciitis. This can be quite debilitating for a footballer.
I've suffered with it for over 12 months, and it's not very comfortable , still.

This article is now titled "Sandilands cleared of stress fracture".

I highly doubt Smooch will play on the expanses of Subi - especially with a 5 hour flight time. I'd be amazed.

It will be no change, Smith should come back in the reserves to re-build his match fitness - 3 weeks out is non an insignificant length of time to be on the sidelines.

All the guys in the team this week should not be short of incentives - their spots are on the line with Smith, LRT (hopefully) and Bradshaw (who knows?!) due back next week and Rohan on the cusp of selection.
