Easily our most consistent contributor for the year. Must be favourite for B&F. Massive effort for a 39-game player.

    Outstanding recruiting.

Yeah, he's been alright. Got pinged for dropping the ball (leading to a goal) which was pretty harsh given he looked like he handballed it (whilst Mummy got away with a few blatant throws). But Mum was awesome today - great year for him.

They just don't pick young players but not sure how he could miss out on All Australian if he finishes off the same way next two rounds. Just sensational tonight. I agree that we now have better rucks than previous years.

But his only real competition in Jamar is just as inexperienced. Jolly has been clearly off the pace for much of this year, Hudson started well but seems to have tailed off a bit, and McIntosh has been hit and miss.

Probably nervous about making the finals, and we all KNOW how that will end!

Bless Mumms though. Not much spare change after that game. Looks like he is having fun.

Ditto to all the above. I loved the pickup below his knees on the run in the fourth term.

What does everyone think of his AA chances?
I would hope he definitely makes the 40. I know they don't usually select two rucks but he is making a strong case to do so along with Jamar.

I thought he was on a 3 yr contract but On the Couch just said 4. That is great recruiting.

They are right. I asked him and he said three more years after this and when I looked surprised he said he came here on a four year contract. Clever contracting by us - and now looks like very good value for money.

Which is why the fuss about his $1m contract was ridiculous. Over four years that's nice money but not crazy.

For some perspective- I've seen a suggestion that Jack Watts will get around $300k on his next contract; that's about what we've got Mummy on as his base for 4 years. The 4th year we threw in to make the deal more attractive for him, and if he just continues to play the way he is without any improvement then that is an absolute bargain.

Jolly's picked up around $650k p.a. I understand from Collingwood as his base?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

as usual the HUN just doesn't have the Swans on the radar:
                            The Tackle's AA

Mummy doesn't even rate a mention. Even better for us I suppose.
Sandilands is the one and only ruckman in the team by the length of the Flemington straight. He's been pivotal in the Dockers rise up the ladder with his importance highlighted over the past couple of weeks by how badly they've struggled in his absence. The consistent Hudson deserves to be in the squad with Jamar's improvement also worthy of recognition.

I hope he gets selected in AA this year. Throughly deserves it. Hardest working big man i have seen since the real Dean Cox was playing circa 2006. Unfortunately the AA commitee like to see at least two good years before they get the nod.

He will take over my favourite player title once the Captain hangs them up (hopefully going out like Jason Ball did!)

I didnt like the way he was being pushed around easily by Hall during Ruck contests in the Bulldogs forward line, cause I was getting very used to watching him monster opposition ruckman with ease, but then I found out he was injured, and I was like.......well thats ok then, I can let it slide.
