Also, is this the first confirmation Bolton's season is over?
Roos, who stands down as Swans coach after this season, ruled out any return in this year of champion key position all-rounder Craig Bolton who has not played since Round 5 with a serious ankle problem.

Bolton, 30 and a dual all-Australian, sits one game short of his 200th AFL outing and will now head toward a full return in 2011 under new Swans coach John Longmire.

?No we don?t think Craig will come up. He?ll stay in rehab with a view to next year,? Roos declared.

Makes perfect sense if they've classed Craig-Bolton as an "all-rounder"

Read the fine print. He meant for the Grand Final.

                Can't come soon enough.

A cursory look at the stats for Sundays suggests we should've won by 3 or 4 goals but the Swans don't turn enough possession into marks I50. Time and again we see an uncontested kick from 70 odd m out fail to hit a lead up target when there there is plenty of space to be found.
White should be the man, but while it all seems so simple for Browny, Bazza, Roughy and co. he just can't seem to put a metre on the full back for an easy one 35m out.

I was suggesting that you'd read it wrongly and Roos was planning on bringing him back for our NEXT game against the Cats and predicting that would be the 2010 Grand Final.

BTW we win by five points after Jets kicks the winning goal and Mummy takes the saving mark on the siren.

Daniel Bradshaw was slated to return from his quad and knee injuries in Saturday night?s clash against the Western Bulldogs but Roos said he was now hopeful the former Lion would be ready to play in the first week of the finals.

If we don't bring him back against the Doggies, we should bring him back against the Lions. Give him a game to get form back going into the finals. Percentage could also be significant at that stage; I want us to beat the Lions by as much as humanly possible to ensure a home final, or at least not an away final against Freo.

I'll believe it when I see Bradshaw actually take to the field (and C Bolton, and LRT).
