Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment

Article by Leigh Matthews on afl.com posted this morning. Amongst other things "The Swans have a terrific record for recruiting players from other clubs who become better in the Swans jumper, and the third-generation J. Kennedy looks like adding to this growing list."

This is a must read:
The JPK Files ? sage advice - Official AFL Website of the Sydney Swans Football Club
These three bits especially -
"I had an interesting moment early in the last quarter when the runner came out and told me to go and play on Chris Judd. I had to ask him to repeat the message?.but I had heard it right. The coaches wanted me to tag Judd, so I took a big gulp and put my head down and just did what I could."
"The noise of the big crowd at ANZ Stadium was deafening and it really helped get us over the line."
"After the game it was great to see my parents, my auntie and uncle and my grandparents. It was the first time my grandfather John had come to Sydney to see me play for the Swans."Comment

I've loved Joshua P from the minute I first clapped eyes on him at Blacktown in the pre-season, but the game he played on Sunday was quite simply sensational.Comment

Last night's AFL Insider was quite illuminating (maybe for the first time!) in the vision they showed of Judd in the third quarter and, particularly, the help he got from his fellow midfielders to block Jack away from the contests. Commentators have criticised Carlton at times this year for letting too much of the burden at clearances rest on Judd, with too few team mates prepared to block for him. We get hung up at times on one-on-one match ups, and whether a player is successfully tagging another out of the game. But that vision showed how simplisitic that view is, and how it is really a team structure effort that either gets the job done or enables the other team to break a tag. I guess both Carlton and Sydney will learn a huge amount from what happened in that third quarter, and also how Sydney were able to nullify Judd's effect, to a degree, in the final quarter.Comment
