    Milestones this weekend

    Big Ted plays his 100th AFL game. Well done.

    The big one - Kirky plays his 200th consecutive AFL game. Jimmy Stynes played 244, so outstanding performane by the Capt and a few more games yet hopefully.
    In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.

      To play 200 games is a great achievement, let alone 200 consecutively. Awesome!!! Congratulations Kirky. Let's hope you get to 202 in a row!

      Cheers to Teddy as well for reaching 100 senior games.

          Bet Teddy never really thought he would get this far a few years back.

          Bet Kirky thought he would get this far. 200 consecutive, plus his others. What's that, about 209?
          For a late starter. Ouch.
          If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhood

              As LK has already noted, it's Ted's 100th game as a Swan, 133rd overall.

              Kirky needs 4 goals for 100.

                      I don't like these milestones, we don't do them well. But my greatest respect for Teddy and Captain Kirk.
                      He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

                          2 goals this week. 1 goal next week, and 1 goal in the GF to get kirky to 100!

                          up against collingwood in the GF and Roosy finally gets his win over Mick's boys. now that would be a fairy tale finish.....

                                      Kinda sucks that kirky wont reach 300 games and reap all the benefits the AFL give 300 gamers.

                                      I reckon if you play 200 consecutive games, you should get the same rewards from the AFL, If kirky got into the AFL at a normal age of 18/19yrs, i reckon he would have hit 350....

                                          Agree. Ted is underrated I believe. If he played as well as his detractors demanded we would have won every game with our opponents scoring no goals.

                                          Well done Ted, including in the Finals. It has been a pleasure watching you play.
