Early days, 25-0after 10mins...but doesn't look good for Freo. Glad we're on the opposite side of the draw.

Up by a lazy 42 at Qtr time. Freo have actually had a few chances to set things up, but once they get into their 50, it's straight out again. Sandilands looks shot and Headland injured early (Scary reminder of the risk we are taking tomorrow night actually) -

The winner tomorrow night will be the side that stands up - literally.
If Bradshaw / Rok are fir enough I think we win.
If Johnson can't run after half time ??
Injured / underdone players are a curse in the finals.
I think Freo might be learning this right now !Comment

As soon as Geelong lost I was happy.
Out of the three main teams, Geelong, Wobbles and the Saints, I was inclined to be up against the Saints.
Also, teh added bnefit is that the Cats may knock out teh Wobbles, taking away all that secondary tension on GF day (hoping the pies lose)
Anyway, playing Carlton of Hawthorn first off was much of a muchness for me.
But then to play the out of form dogs, then the Saints, then the Cats in the GF, we have a dream run.The difference between insanity and genius is measured only in success.Comment
