    It's an omen

    In another thread I posted that I would be going to the game today as my rich friends with a squillion Frequent flyer points had booked me a flight toMelbourne return.

    Rocked up to the Devonport airport this morning for the 10 o'clock flight nice and early....early is right.....a FORTNIGHT early. My friend is a Collingwood supporter and he must have unconsciously thinking of the Grand Final and booked my flight for the Grand Final weekend.

    It is an omen...we are going to be in the Grand Final.

    I have my flight already booked. He felt so dreadful that he has promised that he will buy me a Grand Final ticket. Things are looking good.

      Oh Satch, how wonderful! I am all for good omens. Nice all round when you come to think of it. Flight and ticket no matter what and the added bonus of knowing if we don't get there, and collingwood do, you can boo in person!!!

          If your Omen is based on the 1976 classic movie - we may find out that an American ambassador learns to his horror that his son is actually the literal Antichrist?
