Oh I forgot about the extra channels we have now! Woohoo!!! I'll be At the game, no worries, and record the game for tactic assessment purposes only, and perhaps the SCG will put up a piccy of the frock at half time! I like looking at frocks. I either feel superior or tragic. Ever holding out hope of feeling superior. Unfortunately Twigs has already demolished me this year.

Now back to business.....do you think Sammy will get an early gig?

....and my birthday too, although my interest in it, the Dragons v Eels game and the anachronistic wedding is about equal. Only one event on that night, people.
My opinion is objective truth in its purest form

With just a week to go to the game/event, Mark Robinson on Foxtel's 360 asked Gerald Whatley the question everyone in Australia is presently asking: where would you rather be on the night of 29th April? Watching the royal wedding in your nice warm lounge room, or at the SCG to watch the Swans Carlton game. Whatley went for the footy but fears what his wife might think. Anyone opting for the Wedding?

I saw that and laughed - very well done Gerrard! - I will be at the game in of course red and white but teamed with a tiara and pearls! (so's Primmy)
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

I believe this is God's way of saying "get thee out of the house and unto the SCG".

Pffft...the wedding has a predictable outcome. "I do." "I do" etc etc, "I now pronounce you man and wife", yadda, yadda, yadda.

The footy....ANYTHING can happen!! I will be there, never miss a home game...come on Swannies!

C'mon everyone, frock up for the occasion. As Wardy said we have tiara's and pearls along with the guernsey's but I challenge you willing to enjoy to go formal; full suit, evening gowns, fascinators, anything.

Bas could wear his oft mentioned kaftan and a facinator - it would look very fetching with his high powered opera glasses - er I mean binoculars he takes to the footy - Big Al could always wear one of those tuxedo style t-shirts. whaddaya say lads??? - ORB could put his smoke in one of the long holders Princess Margeret style when he goes out the bag for a lung buster.

I might also wear elbow length gloves (I do hope the gloves I used 30 years ago at my Debut haven't perished) - yes people beleive it or not I was a debutante - closest I have ever got to the wearing something that resembles a wedding frock!

I agree, unless they can guarantee Fergie turning up and putting on some sort of show, I won't even bother recording it!
