Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Back to playing the footy we know he's capable of. He earns an extra point for his B&F performance as well.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

Was nearly a 10 but tapered off a little toward the end of the season. Kennelly back in the line up probably eased the pressure a bit but really found his run and carry again. THE form HBF for most of the year. And don't we look a completley different beast when he's bringing the ball out of defence???

Still struggles in a genuine one on one and when isolated is a problem - but he remains our best kick off the hbf by some distance (literally i suspect as well). I rate him but not as high as those previously referred to. Mattner is clearly better defensively but mal better offsensively.

8 - a great year from the Eski. Was just brilliant during the early rounds, fell away from a bit during the middle but still finished strong.

7/10. Played some very good games but also put in some very poor defensive efforts. The Essendon, Richmond (in Melbourne) and Collingwood games come to mind.

He will always be a bit of a nightmare when isolated defensively, but he offers us so much going the other way that it is outweighed.

Regardless of his claims that the knee didn't play on his mind, it's hard to believe there could not be at least a tiny bit of worry.

With the knee now a few seasons behind him, he may just explode again this year and take it up another level.

I think he is at his level. I don't think he has another level to go to.

Tremendous year. It was great to have the real Nick Malceski back rather than the pale imitation that had been wearing his jumper for a while.

                            8/10 for mine.

8 for a post knee op breakout season. Looks to be a very damaging player going forward
