I haven't got them doing any yet and haven't seen any of the other coaches doing them...not sure the exercise has much 'bang for buck' at this stage in the pre-season. But I agree, they are horrible!! We used to get thrashed with these when I was in the Commandos, mostly uphill wearing 32lbs of kit...and did so until the training team got bored!!

Sorry, I didn't test the link. I just copied the url in my browser while I had that video open. I agree the link does take you through to Mummy's rehab. If you can see the section towards the foot of the main page where there are a series of video thumbnails, at the moment the In the Gym video is on the 4th page. It will probably get pushed back as more videos get uploaded, but they are in date order (backwards). It was posted on 30 November, if that helps.

I remember when Stewie Maxfield bulked up too much and lost some speed from the extra weight of muscle (could have won a sculpting comp easy) which doesn't help in AFL and I believe it's what the Vesper did in his last Off Season (09/10) so when he came back from the break he had to focus on losing the bulky muscle.
For what it's worth, I also think it's Sam Stosur's problem, she's too bulky and has lost speed from it.
It's a very fine line and the balance between muscle and speed in this particular game in critical to win and to prevent injury.
Hey Molly. This is a common perception. Can I ask what trg experience you have before I answer?

Hi RC, honoured you asked.
I was a swimmer in my youth (State level) and played many sports. I still run regularly at the age of 50 and have been a mad sport watcher for all my life. So completely amateur, but passionate.
You are right Molly, I remember when Stuey and also the beautiful Brad Seymour bulked up and they were just not as good until they bulked down (so to speak).....RC you could ask Stuey about this, we would sure like to know what happened too.
