I hope he's taking the decision to go with LARS because he believes it's the best long term fix, not because he wants to get game time this year. I know it's difficult, but he's only 19 and if his knee holds up he has a lot of football ahead of him.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline

I wonder if one of the rookies will have an opportunity to shine during the pre-season for early selection. I'm guessing too early in the season for someone to step up.
