Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I think 2010 showed us that Goodesy is still an unbelievable talent. He wasn't really effective as a permanent forward, but very effective as a midfielder playing forward of the ball. With Bradshaw, Reid, White, Pyke, Seaby and others available as tall forwards/potential tall forwards, I'd like to see him play with limited positional restrictions but rested on the forward line. His tank and endurance are legendary and still poses a huge match-up problem for the opposing coaching staff. He was quite consistent in 2010 and was frequently at his best when the team was down (e.g. against Dogs at Manuka). I can't with honesty say his 2010 was better than his champagne years so I'd have to rate him around 7.5/10.

Missed out on a 10 for going missing in half a dozen games. Was sensational in others though.

I wanted to give him a 7? but winning the TLM rounds him up to a 8. I hope Horse noticed the difference when Goodes was moved back onto the ball and will look at his other options for a CHF.
