Any thoughts on why Jetts is the flavour of the year on all the membership stuff?
I'd have thought we'd be blessed with Kizza's head on everything, not just the membership card.
Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with it and the photo's a beauty, but if they were going to use one of the babies that got us so excited last year, I would have thought the logical choice would have been Hanners!

Glad to see most are having a good experience with their membership packs. Mine has again fallen short.

My seat details we're transferred to under to my nephews name in effect giving him 2 memberships one which
he has held for 16 seasons which is not bad for a 9 year old. Apparently it happens if you don't log out after going into
your details online. Anyone else had this issue??

As per usual the membership Ofiice is fixing it with speed which is to their credit.

I had a similar problem Al. In my family membership my name was on it twice, once as a junior with my grandsons left off.

I was assured it would be OK for my grandson to use the card in my name for the year.

I assured them that no, it would not be OK for him to use a card in my name, his birthday is March 9 and he gets his membership card in his birthday card every year. After the 'Oh, well we'll have to get it printed again' I said, well yes you will. I mean, wtf?

AH: I'm sure it was around the end of October Sheeds, just after the Swannies sent out the membership renewal packs. It was a family membership. Can you look again? I'm getting a bit worried, I don't want to miss out on fan day.

I got my GWS Foundation membership before the Swans one. Have all memberships from Swans now.

AFL membership card has Goodesy on it this year. Donk! Penny drops ! I have Swans Club support. derrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How's this for delivery.

I purchased 12 DVD's from the U.S last Friday night at about 10 pm. I paid about $68 for Fed Ex delivery. Same price for one as it was for 12 so I bought up.

The DVD's were delivered to me at 9:30am on the following Monday morning which was yesterday. I nearly fainted. Now that is delivery.

I got a call from membership yesterday saying they were going to have to cancel my membership and refund my money...
Last year I was doing the SmartPay option, but while I was overseas, the card I was using for payments expired. Since I wasn't getting my mail and my Australian phone number wasn't working, they couldn't let me know. The guy I spoke to yesterday (Matt?) was good though, we sorted it out and I paid off what I owed from last year and there was no longer any need to cancel my 2011 membership. Tragedy averted!
At least I know mine is now being processed...
