Larissa was a breath of fresh air because she was really the first Swans 'employee' who took the time to communicate.

I'm sure at one stage somebody will have a beef, but the board is pretty well self governed and if anybody tries to give u a hard time they'll be told to pull their head in swiftly.

We ask no more than to be kept informed.

It's great to have you on board.

Many of you I have met before in my previous position as part of Larissa's team, or through my role of looking after Redbacks and Ultimate 11 members. Welcome to RWO Jenny. And thanks to you and Larissa and the new membership department for accepting that club feedback to its members here is worthwhile. I haven't felt that connection since Luffy stopped posting.

Hi Big Al,

Thankfully, the first question is an easy one! We are hoping to get Ultimate 11 packs into the post either tomorrow or Thursday, so you should have it by the end of the week.
