I got caught out for the first game last year at ANZ when I turned up early for the bus at Thompson's Corner and then had a 55 minute wait for a bus. Ressies at about half time wqas the arrival time.

Will probably catch a train in this time to get there early.

Bas, I am now a resident of the delightful Central Coast and will be driving down to the game, leaving home (Copacabana) about 9.30am if you'd like a lift. Not going home afterward though.

The Swans members box didn't open till way after the ANZ ticket sales officre. The staff were very pretty but took ages to upgrade my ticket from child to adult and I think I was in about 5 minutes into ressies game. They really need to get their act together to open earlier. They also seemed to be handing GWS reserved tickets from the same window.

I'm guessing they were casual staff employed for the day.

Our Match Day Service Office opens at the same time as gates open. I apologise if we were running a few minutes late on Sunday - we'd been running around putting all the boxes of caps at the collection points before running across to open the office (with a quick suit change in between!).
The Ticketek offices open earlier in the morning, so would have been already open when you arrived. I definitely take your point though, and will make sure we are there a little earlier from now on. The staff in our Service Office are our regular office staff, so should always be able to help you with any issues you have.

We did have GWS collections from our office on Sunday. GWS purchased tickets through the Swans to sell to their members who wanted to watch the Reserves match.

No problems. Mind you the blonde haired Lady that served me was very attractive and I wasn't in any hurry to leave her to see Israel run out !

Perhaps it's sleight of hand? Tell the SCG Trust the game is starting 10 minutes earlier to get the gates to open 10 minutes earlier but keep first bounce at 3.50?

Or is that too much wishful thinking.
