ANZ SuperPass not delivering purchased tickets??

Hi All,
Long time fan, first time forum adder
I bought 2 Platinum ANZ Superpass tickets online from Ticketmaster in on March 5th, with confidence the advertised 2 days to deliver the passes will come. Today is the 29th of March and still no passes. I've contacted the company and they have said sorry but still haven't delivered. Worried with the Sunday match at ANZ this Sunday and might not have the tickets. Has anyone else had similar issues?

I thought all tickets were from tickatek in the main season. So you better talk to someone higher up the pecking order. Sounds very strange that you wopuld not have your tickets.

Are you sure that you haven't ticked the pick up at venue box. I'd go back to the original email they sent you and check. I made the same mistake with concert tickets recently.

As Scott said, if you can message me with your details, I can look into this for you.
The Superpass is a membership this year, so everything is being sent from the Club. I can have a look at when your pack was sent, and organise another if need be.
