    It's my lucky day

What a great day. I found this and another footy site. Tomorrow, if I am lucky, I will find out if I am moving back to Sydney. If that happens, you'll hear be cheering all the way from Texas.

The Texas women are hot, the beer is good and even the American football is decent but its not footy and it's certainly not my beloved Swans.

So happy to find this site and thefootyfanzone.com Now I have something to do at night

Welcome "home" T. You might also like to join the Swans Tweet and Facebook pages that exist too. Useful for Away games for us, doubly so for you I suspect.

Now inform us, which part of Texas are you residing in. Fort Worth? no wonder you wanna come home...

          I wonder that myself sometimes.

In this case - It is referring to a line from a Supertramp song called - Breakfast in America. Very apt because the next line in the song is : Mummy dear, Mummy dear.

"Got to have 'em in Texas, cos everyone's a millionaire."

BTW I saw Roger Hodgson (former lead singer) twice last year at this time in Newtown and Newcastle. Great memories..................

I thought you were maybe a fellow Red Dwarf fan and were referring to Ace Rimmer.

At the risk of being a cynic, the OP seems just a tad spamalicious.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

                    Welcome Tired. Don't be shy.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
