The Falafel Kerfuffle surely (thanks Eddie).

Seriously, nothing could be worse than Q-Clash. I reckon the M4 derby is pretty cool though. In time these things tend to name themselves. I doubt anyone but self-congratulatory Gen-Y marketers will be calling it the Q-Clash in a year or two. The A-League's F3 derby is a good example of that.

I'll take neither prize thanks. They called it Sivertails v Fibro's in league, I suppose it will be perceived that way by the westies, having lived in both areas, I really couldn't give a stuff, lets call it the doesn't rate a name unless the swans win

How about the M4 M2 Lane Cove Tunnel Cross City Tunnel Eastern Distributior Derby
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

I would like to put forward - The Chardy Scrumpy Cup

However they will probably have creative titles like the "Battle of the Harbour City" , the east-west rivalry, silvertails and the word fibro will have to be thrown in there.

Might as well call it the Federal Highway Cup - the team will be totally based in Canberra in a few years time

Why not follow the inspired example of FIFA's Dr Nicolas Leoz and auction off the naming rights?

I hear they are considering bringing Fabio over from Italy twice a year to present the 'I can't believe it's not a real rivalry' Cup...

People have been going a long highway to engine-er puns on here lately.

If the first winning margin is greater than 100...I will refer to it in perpetuity as the Smackdown....no matter future results.

Superb! Ahhh Golden Gate, I fondly remember swilling a bottle (sometimes 2, egads!) of your nastiness as a teenager whilst sitting in Hyde Park before toddling off to a goth club.
