Our midfield is good enough but until we work out a forward line this will continue to be hard for us to win games against well structured teams
I think the midfield is doing well but their delivery into the forward line has been shocking and no matter who we have as forwards that delivery wont result in goals
Umpires have been extremely pro-active, taking away from the game. 4 of 6 goals have been from free kicks, including all of Fremantles.
Very frustrating
That quarter was really frustrating. Our kicking skills were woeful. Malceski, Kennedy and McGlynn were rotten. McGlynn I reckon had 5 kicks and all resulted in turnovers. Malceski's were close to grubbers. Throw in Goodes for good measure. The commentators are saying the shifty ground has a bit to do with it. Yeh but poor selection of disposal is simply poor selection of disposal.
Freo got their 3 goals by 2 dumb 50 metre penalties and admittedly a very soft touch on a player off the ball.
lets start all over again, umpires put away the whistle, Swans get your stucture right and get rid of Jesse and bring back Seaby he can also kick goals and support Mummy.
Looks like another game we are the better team will lose or nearly lose due to giving up stupid goals/frees/fifties as well as not converting due to to basic skill errors (ie not standing up...not picking the ball up...not kicking straight for goal)

Free first goal second quarter but where exactly were all the swans players in that passage. Ball on our goal line and they take it the length of the field - and we had neither players at the goal line or at the fifty or anywhere down the field in front of pavlich
