Maybe our win/loss record against them will improve now.

Craig has announced his retirement. In otherwords they were going to sack him but gave him the honorary out clause.

That helps with the tipping next week.
In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.

Thank god for that. That @@@@@ always knew how to beat us, for whatever reason.

Now that he's gone we'll start to get even, hopefully.

Interesting poll on Fairfax sites. 20 per cent of respondents think Paul Roos should take over.

Poor old Neil Craig, writing was on the wall. Nice bloke, very respectful and professional. Hope he enjoys his retirement. Always spoke well of the Swans.

Very professional coach, likeable guy, plus a former captain of Sturt, so I can't not have a soft spot for him.

Clearly had reached his use-by date. Can't imagine any of the recently-departed coaches - Roos, Knights, Laidley - being available, so I think they might go for a newcomer. There's a bit of a buzz around Nathan Bassett, who's done a good job at Norwood for the past two seasons.

I'm a big fan of Craigy, will miss him as a coach and I think he'd be a massive asset in some capacity for any club. Good luck to him.

I'd say Adelaide will find a way to win Showdown!

We all knew it was coming, but what a horrible way to go.

I can't see Mrs Roosey going to Adelaide, so I'll nip all those "Roosey's going to Adeliade" rumours in the bud.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

                    Ditto - he's a class act.

Great press conference. Essendon could learn something.
