I am sure he was just saying "Excuse me sir. I couldn't help but notice that you have not paid a free kick for the behind play hit that has left my young teammate Dyl laid out on the playing surface. Perhaps you would like to reconsider the incident and/or explain your line of reasoning?"

Went thru the individual player stats of the NEAFL site - The individual player bio's to be exact - which details out each players stats by game date and who against. Click on the player and up comes there record.Agree it does not correspond with some of the info on the same site.

Agree with most of what Al has said.
Jetta was sore and needed a fair bit of work on the side line. Played most of the game of the HBF and was in a lot of plays but clearly playing "careful".
The sling tackle on Dyl was poor and as they had camera's there I hope the player may get a reasonable holiday.
Heath was outstanding but copped a hit to the back in the second half, probably would have come off had Dyl not been knocked out, As Al, said kicked the steadier. I haven't seen the ressies in a while and he's improved a heap.
            Moore was great.
            Potter impressed.
Lamb is going to be very good. Spent a lot of time running through the midfield and had a real crack. His second and third efforts are impressive.
It was a very good quality game and was really impressive to watch the Swans able to stop Ainslie getting a run and hit back so controlled the game well.
The boys were very focussed on playing well and honoured the club in the best fashion. The players and support staff were so excited getting the score updates post game.
Special mention of Crook who kicked 5 for Ainslie. He was close to BOG IMO. I understand he played with GWS in the NAB Cup. Great kick for goal and very good defensive side to his game. He deserves a spot on a list on that performance. No idea how old he is.

And had some fan in the stands not offered him the advice to "walk it off, Cambo!"...

I have always been a fan of Moore and I can't understand why he hasn't been selected for the firsts despite almost weekly been voted best on ground. I don't subscribe to the theory that it is because he is slow, for his footy brain is like lightening. I don't think that Meredith is super quick (and I also like Meredith) but he has been selected lately. Could it be that Moore is going to GWS? This would explain a lot.

I see the reason for the discrepancy. On the NEAFL (sportingpulse) site, the numbers in the votes column do not represent the vote numbers, they represent the position in the best list.

You'll find that Jarred Moore is the clear leader. He's polled in the last 8 games and 4 BOG in the last 6 and should be a favourite to win the Mulrooney, it would be his 2nd one having won it in 2007.

Was away in Melb with the IC'11, so really enjoyed reports of the game from the Big AL (stand in 2's coach) & boomerang UGG - welcome back! No point having the first semi as a warm-up for Swans v Lions - they would more than likely have punted the 2's out onto bus loop oval as they have done for the last 2 months !!!! Rumour has it that the big NEAFL final (ie: East winner v North winner) will be held in Alice Springs. They must be pretty sure the Thunder are a monty. Finally Im really worried that the Bulldog might want out if he feels there is no scope for a 1's future. Always admire and appreciate his attitude, application, leadership and footy smarts - hope he can crack the ones again.

Thanks LK - always enjoy reading another take on the twos, especially with this kind of detail and spread of attention.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
