Big call, but that may have been our best Qtr this year, our forward line has stucture, small forwards picking up crumbs and big forwards bringing ball to ground, some good run off the half back line, please dont go into defensive mode Swans. McGlynn, Mummy, Shaw, I reckon our best 3. Everything Spanger has done has been good.

Really pleased with the lift from White and McGlynn. And great to see Meredith and Rohan go well; we just haven't seen enough of them due to injury, I hope they can get a good run next season.

Now this game...we are up and the Cats are down. They still look dangerous going forward but so do we - have blown them open a couple of times. If the second half progresses as the first did, I'm starting to believe that we can win this one.

It's been the perfect day so far. Guys who have been a bit borderline (McGlynn, White, Meredith et al) are standing up and showing they have something to offer and Kennelly is having his normal shocker which leaves absolutely no doubt he is shot and needs to go...
