As long as his 400th is at home I don't give a rats where his 300th is.
Goodsey's 300th?

I want his 300th to be next week as it would have meant that we had won this weekend - and while just playing finals at the moment is probably sufficient considering where our list is in redeveloping, I think winning finals is so much more important for the team going forward. And I also think that it beign Goodesy's 300th will be all the motivation for the boys to go out and give their all against Geelong and Hawthorn, and we wouldn't certainly not be without a shout against either of them if we performed to the very best of our potential."You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

I'm cautiously optimistic about this weekend. While I'm not definite about a win, I'm pretty confident with our form that we can get the job done. Just give it to Goodesy or Rohan and watch the goals tick over!Comment

If we go down smoking in a losing final to St Kilda, I think that would be a better outcome than winning and getting blown away by Hawthorn. But then, you cant win the flag if you're out of the comp so, lets see how it all pans out.He ate more cheese, than time allowedComment

The win against Geelong would be more use to the team without getting spanked in a final in Melbourne. Although we've been competitive the past few years we havent had a win we could really draw belief from. Thats what we have now.

But first to knock off the Saints under the roof, which will be no easy feat!"You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."Comment

I view him with nothing but awe and childlike wonderment. He's not a once in a generation player, he's a once EVER player. I hope we have him till his old age. We can wheel him out in the forward pocket when needed. God know that man can be 60 and still control the ball like its on a string.
Love you Goodesy. <3 I only hope the boys give as much as themselves on Friday as you have given this club over the past 13 years.Comment
