Hated it.
Sitting in Brewongle concourse... while the ground was in shadow, the opposite stands were in glary sunshine. This made it very difficult to see the players and ball until the second half when it was all dark.
Night or day games are my preference.
Lots of people around us unprepared for how cold it was after sun went down.Comment

I was initially sceptical but I must admit that I really enjoyed it. It's a good time of year for it and it also seemed to coincide with good times to be driving into and out of the city. I agree with the comment about junior sport all being done by then and it wasn't too late for me to take the younger child without her getting tired by half time. The great weather and the result both helped obviously. No timeslot is any good if those things aren't in order.Today's a draft of your epitaphComment

Not a fan. With local Sydney footy commitments, which would be even better if everyone here followed their local club, the only suitable times for a home match are Saturday night and Sunday. Friday would be good but for the traffic this town throws up. Saturday afternoons are just no good for mine."It's up to the rest of the players in the room to make a new batch of premiership players next year," Adam Goodes, triple Bob Skilton Medallist, October 7, 2011.
