    cometti and McAvaney

honestly used to love these 2 but am so sick of them getting the names wrong of the players countless times, laughing to eachother and making jokes which are so cringe... and to top it off Cometti saying "it will be interesting when st kilda play hawthorn without budddy, certainly they'd be a chance as well as sydney" gees hes biased. @@@@@@@ off cometti. Sorry had to rage cant stand them
LRT. Lord Roberts-Thompson. He may look like the Munster, but looks can be deceiving.

    Agreed!

They're over the hill and need to move on. Didn't hear the St Kilda comment but that's so disrespectful to Sydney. Pathetic attitude from a commentator.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

They are calling it for the Melbournians.... they would get more kudos for favouring the one granny wonders.

I wondered who the goose calling tomorrow's result was. Commentary went downhill when the spark went from that game, they just go on about any old rubbish. Once Franklin was out, it was about time to switch off.

I did enjoy Selwood getting crunched early on though, about time he knew what a real tackle feels like.

Definately the highlight of a very ordinary mistake prone game. The Hawks were turnover wizards and unfortunately ran a lack lustre Geelong team back into some form. We could beat both these teams on our best day.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. They automatically presumed that St.Kilda would be playing Hawthorn next week and then mentioned the Swans as an afterthought. I find that, usually, the Melbourne media is extremely respectful of the Swans as a team and a club and the win against Geelong at Geelong in emotional circumstances a few weeks ago only served to strengthen that. Obviously, the Channel 7 commentators haven't learned what everyone else has learned - NEVER understimate the Swans!

I thought Denis and Dermott worked well together, the pairing with Bwuce (yes I meant to spell it that way) is not really working from a chemistry perspective. Bruce is far too special

Just wanted to be obnoxiously smug and quote myself. Again I say, NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE MIGHTY BLOODS!
